Event Description

Our business tax update class has two goals: discuss business related tax changes occurring during 2010 up to the week prior to the seminar, and examining major preparation issues occurring in S corporations, LLC’s and C Corporations.

Attendee Requirements

Dress warmly in layers as the room may be cool.

Course Objective

Upon the completion of this course the student should be able to list the major tax changes affecting Federal business tax returns Forms 1120, 1120S and 1065 for the current year.
