Self Study tax CPE is approved in all states for Enrolled Agents and CFPs. Self study CPE for CPAs is not pre-approved for state purposes-you need to check with your state board to determine if it qualifies.

11. I am a California CPA. Want to take the "1040 in depth" tax seminar Nov. 19 - 20 in Indianapolis. I assume this will qualify for California CPE. Please confirm

All live classes qualify for CPE for Enrolled Agents, CFPs, CPAs (NASBA approved), PAs, etc.

At the present time we do not plan on expanding into Northern California. Thanks

13. Do your self-study seminars satisfy California's interactive requirement?

Our self-study classes qualify for the CTEC requirements-see website for CTEC approval number. We do not have classes pre-approved for CPAs in any state so do not have that answer if you are a CPA

Click on My Account then My Downloads. There is a link to download your ebook.

17. Does the 1040 In Depth Course I took in Tinley Park, IL also qualify for CFP credit? If so do you report the credit to the CFP Board. My CFP Board ID is 64437. Thanks Tom Daniels

18. How do I download a certificate of attendance.

It's very simple. Login to your account. Under My Events, you will see a link that says View My CPE Certificate. Click on that link. It will open a PDF of your certificate. You can download and/or print it as many times as necessary.

Complete Step-by-Step directions are located here: http://www.taxspeaker.com/index.cfm/p/cpecertificate

19. Are your internet seminars on demand? or do I need to sit in front of the computer that particlular day and time. Thanks

We have both Live Streaming Seminars and Streaming Video. Live Streaming are viewed as the seminar is happening so you would need to stay in front of your computer. Breaks and lunch are given. http://www.taxspeaker.com/calendar/index.cfm?type=2&sort_by=date

Streaming Video is a recorded live seminar. You have the ability to stop and restart it as you would any video. http://www.taxspeaker.com/selfstudy_products/Index.cfm?type=11 These are considered self-study and require an exam to receive CPE credit.

When you view the Live Streaming seminar, you are watching it being "broadcast" live from an in-person live event. It is counted as internet group-live which means there is not an exam after it's over.

The ebook is the same manual attendees receive at the live seminar
